By the way, Google Talk/Gmail should implement the Jabber/email possibility to encrypt chat/mails with GPG(or PGP, I never remember which on is open) keys. It would be a greate feature.

If they implement Jabber/XMPP then no one will need Live ID/Passport. Then who will buy their tools? This is not because they are necessarily evil, they just want to make money. Well, profit and a rampant case of Not Invented Here syndrome.
