If this commercial that Haochi posted is authentic, I can't imagine the Google lawyers are very happy. They have been trying to stop the dilution of their trademark but a partner isn't helping by having an actress say that she'll "Google it"

But this is not a dilution. She is clearly "using Google to search for information", which is the official meaning of the verb.
