Since Googlers read this blog -it would be interesting to hear about any new policies or bugs that is preventing the PageRank from happening.
According to several SEO blogs – this is the longest interval on record between updates.
Are there new PR algos being deployed? Is it a bug?
It will be interesting to see if this blog reclaims its old PR back after the recent name change.
Has it affect Search Engine rankings or keyword positioning?
That is always the catch 22 with having a high PR site – then having to change the domain. Scoble changed his a few months ago. |

I'm not so sure, the last visible PageRank change* on blogoscoped.com for instance was around August 6, where it went from PR2 to PR0 (based on old calculations, apparently, as the new PR might be higher again, once the next update rolls out... e.g. the old blog.outer-court.com was PR7).

I can't find it now, but wasn't there some Google interview a year or so ago where they essentially admitted that the PR displayed by the Google Toolbar was going to be fiction in the future? |
