Good luck getting them to reply. If a hosting company with 5,000 potential customers can't pull licensing[1], a measely 50-100 surely won't.

The account supports 50 profiles.. Ideally we could get 50 sites ($200/50 = $4) .. $4 each. But that's a lot of work to manage all that. I'm thinking 20[put at-character here]$10 or 10[put at-character here]$20 would be easiest for everyone. The Urchin stats seem to pay for themselves if you can generate the traffic. Since using it, I've definately become more aware of my users and have been able to become a better internetizen.

Justin, please may I recommend that you clearly indicate on your site whether you already have the license? Andrew's point is valid if you do not have the license already.
