What Does Gmail's Updated Homepage Means?

Gmail has quietly rearranged the order of the Gmail features. Now, 'less spam' comes first, followed by 'fast search' and 'lots of space' comes last. It means to me that, Google knows (or doesn't want) Gmail to be hailed of its large storage (given that they want to charge of extra).

I would think that other than less spam and search, conversation view should also be promoted in its homepage.

What do you think?
