Radio 2 have been doing a series called "I wish I'd thought of that!" and I've just heard that tonight's is about Google. I guess it'll be similar to "The money Program" a few years ago (Episode "The World According to Google")
http://www.bbc.co.uk/radio2/documentaries/iwish/search.shtml
Start 10:30pm (GMT) 1 hour The series is on BBC's "Listen Again" Feature so you can just go to the website and listen any time in the next 7 days (Don't know if it's UK only) |
The program isn't a direct update of "The World According to Google" but does contain a lot of the same content including the Misspelling Quote by Marissa Mayer (Google was a misspelling of Googol)
No really new info but still worth listening to. But it does contain the first mention of Google having an Online Word Processor on UK radio which I've heard :D
It's half way through at the moment, could be a good for reference although saying Google Sky is a Standalone Product isn't exactly a fact is it? |
