Everything I had on Google's Sticky notes disappeared yesterday 18 december. Seems that a lot of people experienced this. One minut it was like normal, the next minute all data was gone. Is there some backup on my computer, or is it on Google's servers at Googleplex? Could someone please help us recover our data?

I have a user using my sticky notes gadget (http://bonstio.net/notes) who has reported the same problem. I have started a thread in the Gadgets API group.

[put at-character here]Peter and Mike,

You two are talking about two entirely separate gadgets. Just so that you are both aware. My Web Stickies vs. the official google stickies gadget. Different gadgets but same problem is my understanding.

It's supposed to be fixed Google tells me:

<<A handful of users reported problems with their sticky note gadget on iGoogle. We have now resolved the problem. Any user who is still experiencing a problem should report it immediately to the Google Web Search Support Team through the 'Help' link on the bottom of their iGoogle page.>>
