They're after an original, indispensable, polished application that uses a lot of the Android platform features. What's interesting is their focus on the finished application rather than the pitch document. They'll be judging the application you submit rather than how you plan to spend the funding they give. Less 'Dragon's Den', more 'Iron Chef'.
