why does the old blogger have "Add enclosure link" available and the new blogger upgrade does not ??

and with the old version we could actually embed some links into the title and now its not available on the latest version of blogger

why & when did the remove this feature ?

I'm seeing it fine on mine.

Are you sure you have the "Show Link Fields" option set to "Yes"?

Show Quick Editing on your Blog?
Show Email Post links?

It's under Formatting. You're looking under Basic.
