Learn playing guitar on your iPhone or iPod touch using this cool app

Okay, now who (in this forum) has an iPhone please raise your hand.
I don't. |
we can't have one in canada.. still no deal with the telcom players :(- |
I have an iPod touch, but I don't think it's possible to learn how to play guitar by using this app. |
Certainly "learn" is up to debate. How about "practice"? Apart from either device's bigger width than that of a guitar's, there's nothing wrong with the concept, provided the iGUI is capable of detecting as many as 5 simultaneous "finger presses", and not only dynamic gestures.

(Strangely enough the demo photo shows the iDevice being plucked by 2 hands at once... what is it supposed to be, a cithre?) |

You can't buy an iPhone in Germany without a locked contract (so you would need to throw away your hardware if, say, you move to another country), so I won't consider buying. If I would consider, I'd probably decide it's too expensive anyway :) |
