I read the ad on Sunday alongside a great NYT article about the inner-workings of Ad Words. So, thinking about it last night, we bought the ad words keywords "scary smart" and bid £0.01 per click for our company eCourier (http://www.ecourier.co.uk). As of yesterday we were the only one up there, now it appears horror.com got scary smart too! All the exposure of a NYT full-page ad with none of the large outlay.... |
I ran in spanish an ad that said "destroy a country" and it linked up to our political section about Peru's ex-president Alan Garcia in www.perupolitica.com It was very popular but too expensive to maintain |
Dear Carlos
Why do you mean by expensive? $0.10+ per click or simply because too many visitors came to your site?
I'm planning to run a tight campaign for my site: www.universidadperu.com
But my budget is very limited. Any recommendations?

Hi Luis Alberto,
Maybe you should try Yahoo. For the most competitive keywords like "Peru", it is (normally) cheaper than google to be in toppositions, I´ve tried it for my site www.perupolitica.com and it worked fine.
Good luck!
