Does Anyone in china can access Blogoscoped.com without proxy?

Someone just told me they can access Blogoscoped.com without proxy, from one provider in Beijing.

What do others in China see?

It appears good . i can access it very good . don't due everything to china goverment ,perhaps it just something wrong with his own network setting . I think china don't have to block a personal blog

my network setting is fine....

But it's stange I can only access blogoscoped with proxy........
