Ok what gives? I own a social site that's starting to get some pretty good traffic. We are using google ads and it looks like they are serving anything and everything to our site. Specifically with banner ads. We are getting all sorts of non-relevant garbage from google and it is not doing our site any justice. Not to mention it's not helping us in the revenue department.

I have tried to use the competitive filter tool to remove ads but this is a full time job.

Who here can help? I am willing to pay someone to manage and resolve our issues. I also have other work in the advertising & mapping department and a consultant / coder in this area would be a nice addition to our team.
