I just loaded up Google Reader and was given a suggested feed of 'BBC News | Manchester'. I was wondering, could Google be suggesting feeds that are local to where I live? (In fact Lancashire would have been more accurate). When creating a feed is there an a way to give its location?

I doubt it was just luck that Google gave me this suggestion and I don't think I've any feeds that would lead Google to suggest this local feed for me. Any ideas?
