I'm suddenly getting error messages on my website within Google Custom Search. Also Google AdSense stopped working suddenly.

When i do search i get the following message,

Forbidden
Your client does not have permission to get URL

Does anyone no what this is, i couldn't find a solution,

I found out that when i remove the link between custom search and adsense, custom search is working again, but, AdSense still down for no apparent reason.
