One potential problem I could think of for street view in Hong Kong is that double-decker buses are almost everywhere on the streets and would obviously block a large portion of the screen area.

I spotted that exact same street view camera van on my way back home, just a turn away from where the location of this picture is.
Yes, it's North Point.
