I have a fairly large document (perhaps 200 or so pages, including many images). Not too long ago, downloading worked fine (I'm using the latest Win Firefox). However, now the PDF download doesn't work anymore... it will just show "waiting for docs.google.com..." in the status bar for quite some time until it seems to give up, with no download being triggered.

PDF downloading is important for this project, including the working table of contents widget Google Doc provides – can someone help please?

PS: Word download fails as well, as does printing. (Back when the document was smaller Word downloading worked fine.)

This has been fixed by Google now! Nice support.
