Created "for those who find it more convenient to bother one with [usually simplistic/ "pedestrian"] questions, rather than come up with the answers themselves – now one can respond with a compound search-results-uri with an animated preface/ commentary. Enjoy it while it lasts, due to unauthorized use of the Google-logo and Google-the-verb in the url.

So what's the deal here – can anyone put up a site that piggybacks on Google's brand and logo, and get away with it for several months with (apparently) no cease-and-desist response from the trademark holder?
[All the same I apologize for not checking this better before posting, but it seemed such a no-brainer.] |
There aren't any ads. It says "GOOGLE is a trademark of Google Inc." It is encouraging the use of Google's product. I don't see how Google can lose. |

Well, actually there are ads in the Google Custom Search page that opens automatically. |
The thing I dont understand: you are not allowed bij TOS to prepopulate a search query and auto submit or direct link somebody to the search results page in combination with google custom search + ads(ense)... |
