Youtube has some problems with the video thumbs for already a few hours. At the homepage some videos have missing thumbs. The new video list is even worse: http://www.youtube.com/browse?s=mr where almost every thumb is not available.

Somebody will have a long weekend :)

Working here, though YouTube seems to have been redesigned. Nice! But I don't like the new tabs though on the link above.
