You can find it on Google.app directory, either by extracting the ipa or by SCP on your iPhone/iPod Touch, it's Anim6e.png and Anim7e.png.

Thanks Wesley, I gathered that would be possible. I wonder what you actually need to do to see it in action on the iPhone though...

The voice search is way faster now, and also may more accurate. I am British and the old version often gave laughable interpretations of what I said.
