All Result Pages The Same

I did a search that produced a result page producing "Results 1 – 2 of about 36,500". The bottom of the page says "Goooooooooogle", below which are links to the next nine result pages. Those pages with different start values are all the same as the first. They are still listed as results 1-2 and at the bottom they still have links to pages 2-10, not updated numbers.

[the -ure *ure]*ure&num=10&gl=us

This strange behavior is probably an error, but it seems to reveal something else about google's software.

The two results are both from YouTube. They are claimed to be results 1-2. It seems that these YouTube result are not being selected the same way as other results. Google seems to be giving them special treatment but representing them as ordinary organic results.

I noticed something else peculiar about that SERP.
It makes search term definition links.
The anchored text "*ure" has a link to the definition for "-ure" and a title "look up definition of -ure".
