15 years ago # also says the block was only for, not, adding that things are back to normal now:

<<SAN FRANCISCO at 23:07 on June 24 news, the U.S. search engine site Google ( return to normal country visits.

From this evening around 9:30, visit abnormalities occur, including a number of Gmail, including Google can not access outside the business to return to normal around 23:05 that evening, which lasted about half an hour. Meanwhile, Google set up specifically for the Chinese market of visit has been normal.>>

Google tells me:
<<We have received reports that most users cannot access in China. We are investigating the matter and hope that the service will be restored soon.>>
