I just noticed that in my Google Wave I have 8 additional invites (I have already invited 8 people, but these new invites are unused). Does anybody have new invites too?

Yes, I never had any invites before, but now I have 16.

Yep. I had a few left too and yet I still got 8 more. (That brings my total to 28 invites.)

It's the same thing. Google refers to them as both invites and nominations.

Right. But where as a "Gmail Invite" back in the day was sent immediately, a "Wave Invite" is more of a nomination because you're added to a list but not sent an invite immediately. But of course in the end your nominees should eventually get the invite...

I hope you're all inviting your closest friends and relatives! I've sent out over 32 invitations to date and now i'm all out. I should've created accounts with my alternative email addresses instead of just passing them directly out to people
