As of right now, all pay-for movies/shows (including 'Waterborne' which was free before Google Video Store went live) are unavailable and the store section on the main page has disappeared.
An update, or maybe something has gone wrong which caused them to pull the content? |
I can still see the video store front here (in Germany). But now there's a new, Store-specific "Sorry" message on paid content detail pages:
"We're sorry, but this video is not available in your country.
To see more videos visit our home page."
(Which is kinda ironic, because there are no more videos for my country.)
I think Google fixed the Google Web Accelerator in the sense it's not possible for German users to access Google Video with it anymore? |
It's back for me now, along with all the content it had before.
There doesn't seem to be anything different about it, but they may have updated the GPV's somehow, or something else. I'll look more into it later.
(They did change the way that shows are searched for, it used to use a 'in_label:' type string, now all you have to use is tvshow:) |
"in_label:type" was so weird... good for them to change it. |
