So, basically, it's one individual acting on usurpatory behalf of a larger, amorphous(?) group of similarly self-aggrieved users, who seeks redress from Google for alleged breach of trust he and his unmandated cohort claim to have been wronged by? Good luck, Barry, hope you have Deep Pockets™.
