I've just noticed new link on google.co.uk – "Express yourself in style with Blogger's new template designer"
The link currently doesn't work even when i'm logged in with my google account , but you can get to the new template designer if you log into blogger itself.

Noticed that also, I was suprised that Google is making a reference to Blogger on so many homepages.
The template designer is there for more than a month now. |
