Hi Philip, what are your thoughts on the proposed "ping"-attribute that the Firefox are thinking of implementing in their browser?

Evil tongues claim that Google is behind the move, to allow to easier track links on their result pages or adsense ads. Don't some of the Firefox developers work at Google now?

If I reasearch that some more I'll post on it.
