This is a nice experiment. Like Josh billings said..."its not important on what cards you hold in life, rather its how you play em" :)-

Interesting story – yea, funny how people often don't think outside the box, and "hiding your cards" is an ingrained habit from most card games. Thanx for sharing Philipp.

The problem is, most games and simulations are not very well thought-out. So when you find a solution like this on your own (showing your cards because there's no rule not to do it), that's actually not a solution but a loophole – something the consultant/coach forgot to specifically exclude in the rules.

So if you think "outside the box" during such games, usually you will end up being the spoilsport, the cheater, the one who does not care about co-operation and development, just finding shortcuts.

That's why people who do realize they could solve the exercise this way will probably stay away from actually applying it in order not to appear in a bad light.
