Why doesnt Google have a Diwali Doodle today?

Google only placed a logoone time for Diwali, only in 2008

Is there a way to contact google PR team. I am sure they would not want to see these many upset indians. Having a google logo for diwali would make all the indians very happy and will also spread the knowledge of diwali to everyone else..
  
Check out Bing. They got a whole front page dedicated to Diwali. So why not google?

Yeah very disappointing .Was eager to see how Google was planning to show Diwali the festival of lights .It is on of the brightest and most wonderful festivals of India.Google maybe time to think Glocal ...

Is it Google policy to appease every little group out there? They can have whatever Doodle they please...

1 Billion People (not all Hindu's but Indians) is not a little group.
