It´s a little wrong, because we celebrate more the SEPARATION OF PANAMA FROM COLOMBIA on November 3rd. It happened in 1903
And the INDEPENDENCE OF PANAMA FROM SPAIN was in November 28th, 1821. It is not so important because we separate and immediately we were joined to Colombia.
