Prior to Microsoft helping to remove a virus from my registry yesterday any mail address links I clicked upon (e.g., in order to contact someone) automatically went to my gmail.

Now they open in Windows.

Question: how would I have someone's email address link open in gmail again?

One easy way to get mailto: links to open with Gmail is to install the Gmail Notifier: http://mail.google.com/support/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=10966
