Google Hotpot video is a bit odd

Google's video promoting Hotpot includes a very odd example.

They suggest that if you rate a pizza restaurant with five stars, your future search results will include more five-star pizza restaurants.

But doesn't that mean that if you go to a lousy pizza restaurant and rate it one-star, you will see lots of one-star pizza restaurants in your future search results?

If you rate a pizza restaurant with five stars, your future search results will include more pizza restaurants *that are similar*.

[put at-character here]Ludwik: Similar in what way? In some way other than number of stars?
