The Twitter directory has actually been around since October 2009 but it just got overhauled (along with the rest of the “News from Google” site) to include filters for category, language and region. The blog directory was also updated and we added new directories for Facebook pages and YouTube channels too.

Let me know if there’s anything else you’d like to see there!

I knew it was there but didn't know that it was refreshed. Looks good. One thing though, The Dutch Google YouTube channel is not in the list! :-)
