Anyone know what Google is doing about like.com ??

This seems to be an entree into a webservice that will compete with Amazon ,ebay etc...a full e-commerce site with location id,andriod intergration etc etc etc..

..at least thats what the grapevine sez...

Mostly improving Google Goggles and Image Search, trying to extract useful information from images.
