Google about inclusion of a site in Google News

Is that a rule? Your site doesn't fall in this category, Philipp?

This same rule was cited when I was rejected the first time by Google News. The second time, I was included. Maybe Google understands that many more than a single person are behind a blog, and also, that there are co-bloggers around here.
