Google Reader now has a share feature. If you all remember when Reader first launch there was a share link when CSS was turned off and then after a while it disappeared.

Now, the share feature has been updated. You can share you labeled or starred feeds by email or putting a clip on your website. Others can also subscribe directly to your feed labels.

I did not see a feature to search or browse through the labels of other public feeds. When Greader was first launch, a text would show up when CSS was turned off that said you could browse through the public feeds of others, perhaps they will be adding the option soon.
