On Raymond Angel's page falling to fourth, are you using Statside Google results or results from Google UK?

I was to understand that the results in the UK will be the deciding factor on this. You are stil at the top, but Raymond's page is nowhere in site.

No, I believe it's the results from Google.com as seen from the UK will be the deciding factor. I don't really know how I can emulate Google.com as seen from the UK, but if someone knows... in any case, let us hope we get to the top on *every* Google :)

I use the frase " google uk"

and then "seraphim proudleduck"
& blogoscoped is back in lead :O)

Yes, sometimes there are national differences. They aren't major, but it can happen.
