Anyone else get this message occasionally when you refresh Google Personalized?
"We're sorry... ... but your query looks similar to automated requests from a computer virus or spyware application. To protect our users, we can't process your request right now. "
They make me retype one of those image security words and I get back in.
What's the deal? I'm definitely virus-free; the trigger seems to be refreshing.
I'm running IE6 (b/c I'm at work, by the way)... |
I get this too. Firefox 1.5.0.3. |

I'm getting the same thing. Even ran my Spybot and Norton just to make sure, but it still gives it to me. It's strange, but I'm not overly concerned. I just type in that weirdo "word" and it gives me my homepage. It might get annoying though if it continues every time I want in. |
Sam, hope it's OK when I use your screenshot... |
Yes of course it is. I was still getting it until a few mins ago. Seems to have cleared now. |

Back at home (IE at work) and on Firefox and it's working again... |
