I have two sites: [www.myirishjeweler.com] and [www.usednewcars.com]. They are being indexed, but they do not appear to be moving up in the rankings. Both sites are new and I have good PR. I am through the 3 month Google Sandbox effect that webpronews talks about. Can you give me any help here as to why I don't seem to be moving?

I suggest to create more content, update regularly, get relevant backlinks, validate the HTML, give unique titles (not just e.g. "Browse category"), keep accessibility in mind, and otherwise just be patient.
