Let this be a thread to share Miscellaneous, Off Topic and/or Not Google information for the Blogoscoped Community. At often times there are "many" threads to share simple info that just take up space and clutter the forum. This thread should serve the purpose of cleaning up the forum a little bit and be a known thread where people can talk about other things that Google.

What's everybody's sincere opinion about this ? Philipp can we have a word on that ?

In the meantime,

Techcrunch has an article about a new service "The Mikon Machine":

>> The service is all about little icons; mikons is presumably a play on “my icons.”

You can claim, share or draw your own mikons in a shockwave drawing feature. The sharing function allows you to put a creative commons license or traditional copyright on your mikons. >>

It seems to me you could use the service to create simple logos too! -Why not ?-

Actually there was already a thread like that, where I often moved misc. stuff:

But at the moment I prefer the relaxed style. 20% everything... just like on the blog page, the forum page can mix.

iZeitgeist: how was your coffee today? (as for a Misc topic ;-))

Philipp: You're right... People will be posting their own posts anyway (it won't work the way intended to be)

Art-One: Yeah great!! Thank you for asking ;-) I am sure Google will use this information very insightfully (you never know what they can make out of it...GBreakfast ? Google Morning? GEat ? etc..., LOL)
