Can anyone guide me on how to forward multiple messages in GMail? I do not see any option there, unless it is well hidden. If there is no option, is there a workaround?
Thanks in advance. |
You can try using Google Notebook (http://google.com/notebook). Create a new notebook, select the text from each mail, include it in the notebook. Then select "Print this notebook", select with Ctrl+A the content of the notebook and paste into the new message. You should remove the URLs for each message. |
Sunil: I've wished a feature like that also several times.
For this reason I've suggested it to Google via https://services.google.com/inquiry/gmail_suggest/ and posted it also as http://groups.google.com/group/Gmail-ABCs/browse_thread/thread/5c8fcba254135f65 .
Let's hope they picked it up.
Ionut: Good idea, but too complex, it should be built in in Gmail. |
Thanks Ionut/Art. Yup, it is complex when it ought not to be so. Especially when you have attachments in the mails that you want to forward. |
