Google removes 10 word limit, but not in France

Very puzzling: Google removed the 10-word limit, but not in France (google.fr).

Works fine (new 32-word limit) when I hit Google.com. Other countries experiencing this problem?

It works with up to 32 words in Germany:
http://www.google.de/search?hl=de&q=1+2+3+4+5+6+7+8+9+10+11+12+13+14+15+16+17+18+19+20+21+22+23+24+25+26+27+28+29+30+31+32+33+34&btnG=Suche&meta=

And from here, also in France:

Possibly, the different versions of Google are still being updated at the moment.
