Google Labs Products To Merge

I think that some current Google Labs products will be intergrated with other services in the near future. Past examples include "search by location", "news alerts" and "google glossary".

For starters, Transit and Ride Finder could be merged into Maps quite easily, once enough data is collected. This would let people plan routes properly, and make Maps an unstoppable application.

Also, Sets, Accessible Search and Suggest are more "technologies", rather than standalone products. Sets is powerful, and could be used to suggest other searches available. Suggest should be implemented as standard into the Google homepage, instead of just being a Firefox extra. Accessible Search should become a filter in the advanced search options.

I also think, more unpredictably, Page Creator will be merged into Blogger, when Google completes the transition. Perhaps features where users can have their own hosting management, separate "non-blog" pages, all within the Blogger program.

Orkut can get lost too.

Transit and Ride Finder are somehow dead
The same for Sets
Suggest is used for the Toolbar and Firefox search box
The new Blogger has a drag-and-drop layout feature similar to Page Creator

Suggest is also used in Google News.

Orkut can get lost ... a replacement can not.
