I am creating a mashup of Google Maps and YouTube (and decided to call it GooTube). http://www.gootube.net
GooTube will provide free listing of Real Estate properties but instead of just Photos, the seller can upload a video of the property on YouTube(and other free video hosting sites) and embed the code when listing an Ad.
This site is still in the early stage of development. Aside from embedding YouTube videos inside google maps, I'll be integrating YouTube's API soon.
