8. Sorting out spam emails
9. Deleting spam emails
10. Remembering dozens of passwords
11. Logging in to dozens of sites
12. Waiting for a bloated page to display
13. Ignoring gimmicky, blinking ads
14. Installing plug-ins, codecs, Java and a multitude of players to get something to work
15. Patching your browser
16. Scrolling through spammed search results
17. Tackling buggy beta sites
18. Registering for every discussion forum
19. Tracking down contact information on a web site
20. Remembering web site addresses

While I'm browsing your site...install Firefox and Thunderbird for browsing and email (www.mozilla.org). They get rid of: 1,3,8,9,10,11,13 and 15.
