I also find the interface very confusing. It took me a while to find "Internet Options" or "Preferences" since they moved the menu to the top right instead of the usual top left. Why try to fix what's not broken!?

Also, an interesting feature is that it lets you select which rendering engine you can use to view certain sites – so if you like, you can use the Internet Explorer browser engine to view your pages. (Click the little shield thing in the site tab to access the Site Controls...)

I guess they were hoping for a USP... because everything else but the menu design pretty much relies on Firefox, so smart people might as well actually go with Firefox.

Andy Baio called their icons Mystery Meat Navigation – you really can't know which is which unless you hover your mouse over them and wait for a tool-tip to appear. Bad usability.
