Imagine going into work, pouring your coffee, opening up your email and there's a message from HR. You open the message only find out that your fired. It's one thing to have to let go employee's, but you don't have the balls to tell them that to their face...

Ps. A good "Wally" would bcc the "You Fired!" message to all users.
