Wow, cool feature for StatCounter. Maybe the Google Analytics guys didn't think of it? :)

As a customer of StatCounter, I find this feature interesting nevertheless for a stats service with global aspirations they are too unreliable when it comes to foreign words and characters in another language.

Simply put, they've got the map but keyword analysis in other languages is a waste of time since their system can not display UTF-8 characters and will just throw any odd character it finds in the ASC character map. Basic problem one can not just cover with a flower pot.

Just an example taken from their "analytics" reports:

linguagem padrão
texto contextualização
monólogos
variações linguistica socio-cultural

Hi Luis,

I do apologise for the lack of complete international character set support – this isn't an easy task to solve but we are working hard on it.
