In China, government has banned some keywords, if you google these keywords, your ip will be banned to access google website for some minutes. However for most of the companies in China, one company has one Local Network and has only one or a few ip that are in the internet, all of other machines are access internet through the one ip. So if ONE person google for banned keywords, the ip is banned, and ALL of company are banned. Due to this, google is banned frequently.
If google wanna gain market share in China, google should improve his relationship with goverment first.
or if google.com is banned, google should redirect to www.googel.cn directly! Coz many people even don't know .cn site. and it improves the feeling of users.
