Has anyone seen this before.. It kinda just spawned itself.. I captured it but can't reproduce it. What the heck is "trakken" ??

Yeah, I've seen that before. Can't remember why or when though.

Trakken is the company that writes the software that Google uses for all its support pages. (They then just update the templates, etc. and remove any Trakken branding.)

I seem to remember something about Google buying them – or at least investing or maybe partnering with them – but I'd need to do some digging to find more information about that... so don't quote me on it just yet! ;-)

To confirm, yep, after a bit of googling it seems they acquired Neotonic, the company behind Trekken, which is described as being "a powerful web-based Online Customer Support system."

Depends what you mean by doesn't work? It resolves but there's just no website associated with it...
